Our sauces are based on tomato (such as tomato ketchup and tomato sauce), other vegetable and various spices.
Our sauces are to be sweet, and used either hot or cold to accompany and garnish a dessert.
Hot sauces are spicy condiment sauce. In some Western countries, hot sauce is simply called pepper.
